At Indi'Kor, we strive to provide high-quality jewellery and a seamless shopping experience.
Returns & Exchanges
All products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the item received is damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper unboxing video proof, clear photos of the damaged item, and your order number.
Once verified by our team, the damaged product will be exchanged with a new one at no additional cost.
Please Note
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging for exchange approval.
- Requests made without unboxing proof may not be accepted.
Non-returnable Items
- All jewellery products unless damaged upon arrival.
- Sale or clearance items.
- Custom or personalized products.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Only damaged or defective products are eligible for exchange after verification.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations will not be possible.
